Exchange and Return Policy:
All our products are subject to quality control and are inspected for damage or defects before being shipped to the customer.
Exchanges are available within 12 hours of receipt within Saudi Arabia only!

Products are generally ordered specifically for the customer and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after the order is approved. This is because the product has already been tailored, prepared, and purchased specifically for the customer.
The exchanged product will be delivered in a new size or model within two to seven days from the date of receipt of the requested exchange.
Returns are available within 12 hours only if there is a defect or the product arrived damaged!
The amount will be refunded within 1 to 7 days after receiving the product, ensuring that it is free of defects, in its original condition, and that all tags are intact.
70 riyals is the total shipping and exchange policy. 70, that's it 👍🏻
If the order is received more than once, it is expected that the order will be delayed by more than 7 days.
- The customer's delay in delivering the package to the company beyond the period permitted by the exchange policy will result in the exchange being cancelled.
If the product was shipped by us and then deleted by the customer, the customer bears full responsibility.
The customer must not ship the product until we have issued an exchange or return policy.
