1. Payment Terms

Payment for consultations is at the consultant's sole discretion. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment must be received prior to the consultation.

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer via QuickBooks® and credit cards via Stripe®.
2. Client Representations and Warranties

The client represents and warrants that:

The bank information provided is true, correct, and complete.

The client is authorized to use the provided bank or credit accounts for the purchase.

Charges incurred will be honored by the client’s bank.

The client shall not withhold payment due to any claims or disputes with the consultant, whether regarding breach or otherwise.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued before the commencement of consultation services.

Cancellations incur a 15% administrative fee.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days and should appear on the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Rush Service Surcharge

A surcharge of 15% of the total service payment applies to Rush Service requests, defined as services requested within two weeks of the client’s event or occasion.

Discounts or promotions do not apply to the Rush Service surcharge.
5. Non-refundable Payments for Ongoing Consultations

Once a consultation package begins, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether the package is completed.

Any exemptions are at the consultant's discretion.

Video calls are an essential tool of the consultation.
6. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “AS IS” without any warranties, including, but not limited to:

Warranty of merchantability.

Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty against infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Style Quiz Analysis Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellations or Reschedules

Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
2. Style Quiz Completion
-
The Style Quiz must be completed within 48 hours of the consultation. Failure to do so may affect or terminate the session.
3. No Refunds
-
Payments for services are non-refundable.
4. No Show Policy
-
Clients must arrive on time for their appointment. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; beyond that, the appointment will be forfeited.
5. Late Arrival

Time lost due to late arrival will not be made up. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time.
6. Non-transferability
-
Services cannot be transferred unless agreed upon in advance.

All services are provided “AS IS” without any warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
